Kicker Key 200.4 Installed With Hoel Wiring Harness - Only Plays Radio

I just installed a Kicker Key 200.4 using the Hoel wiring harness.
I'm getting power and can play the radio just fine, sounds good.
However, I can't play music through any other source.
I usually play music through my USB stick, I can see it playing on the screen but no sound comes out.
Same issue with Apple CarPlay.
My sirius radio displays "Hardware Issue" and also won't play.
Any suggestions?

Assuming the other sources worked before the installation - did you:
- confirm the connectors for the wiring harness are fully seated? and if they are…
- contact Hoel for assistance?

Although as long as 1 source plays properly, I suspect the issue is that actual head unit and not the wiring.

I spoke with Hoel and they are sending me a new T harness to see if that fixes the issue.
I did unplug the battery to do the amp install, I'm hoping that didn't affect the head unit but I don't see why it would.
Thanks for your response, I will try and restore everything back to the way it was before the amp install to see if I can get sound from the USB and CarPlay to work as it did before.
