Is there a light on shifter box ?

Was wondering if the shifter box lights up with your selection P R D M ?

Or is it just a decal. I know it's on the dash what gear your in.

Also, is there a light where the wireless charger is. Seems pretty dark during night driving. I would think there would be a small low lumen light there.

I do have my feet lit up at night though. Kinda weird. Did Ford think we are looking down there when driving to find the accelerator or brake. Hmm

No light on the shifter box. Just printed letters for the gear. It's 100% useless on the shifter box.
