Background:
So I have an OBX bronco that has an EDD changed 3 times already. I wish I could show a screenshot of the pizza tracker but today it isn’t working, as every other day it chooses to work then stops working.
My build week is 12/6/21 and from what I saw in the pizza tracker, it says in production 12/14 and nothing after that (which is strange because on my window sticker it says “1211” which is 12/11 blend but whatever). Also, it doesn’t show any built date, shipping date, just an EDD of 1/11 -> 1/18 -> 1/24 now
Also, I have never received any email regarding built,shipped,delivery,etc. Ive been relying on the pizza tracker for my order status. I’ve called my dealership a few times this month and they told me it’ll be here 1/11. When the date changed I called and they’re said 1/18. By then, the pizza tracker didn’t work so I called again and they now say 1/24. The dealer said it has been built and is in the Michigan assembly plant. So then I called ford customer service and they said it is still in production, meaning not built. At this point I’m so confused. Is my car built or not?
My bronco will be shipped via rail and I’ve read that you can track rails via united road, or track orders in other ways besides the broken pizza tracker. When I put down my vin on the united road page and clicked “i am not a robot”, nothing shows up so I’m just lost at this point. Maybe I am missing something? I dont know where to start when it comes to tracking my vehicle and getting any sort of information about my vehicle so I was wondering if anyone here can help me out on retrieving any sort of info regarding my order status.
