I wanted to take a minute to introduce Hothead Headliners to the Bronco G6 Forum members. We are a small, American company based in Boise, Idaho. Given that most of us have the factory headliner, what is the installation process?

Just was thinking it would suck to install this than your hard top needs to be replaced cause it starts to delaminate or crack you would probably have to order another set

If you want to upgrade to our Hothead Headliners, you will need to remove the factory/OEM headliner. Here are our installation instructions once the factory headliner is removed:

Looking forward to these. Our 2Dr's were spec'd w/o factory headliner - have bare MIC - be good to have these HH for install

Question :
Is there any kind of aluminized reflective layer in the HH material ?

Good reflectors are also poor radiators. One of Kirchhoff's Laws
Same reason they put aluminized foil on one side of styrofoam house insulation

These HH liners look good

UPDATE! We now have options available if you already have the factory headliner installed

• Two Options Available:
  • Without Factory Headliner: If your Bronco didn’t come with the factory headliner, our version installs easily with our high-strength 3M VHB tape for a seamless, factory-like finish.
  • With Factory Headliner: Already have the factory headliner? No problem! Our headliner can attach directly to it, giving you enhanced insulation and noise reduction.
