Anyone have problems with this vendor? My order is well past the lead time and they've not answered three emails, spanning two weeks. Just curious.

No issues here.
Ordered twice—the second time they ran into production delays and called me to inform me of the delay. I had ordered three different lights, and only one of them was delayed—so they offered to ship me out the first two lights immediately if I opted to go that route.
I don't much about the team behind Heretic, but if I were to guess they are a very small operation. So they may not have a dedicated person managing emails (although I agree they should have responded by now).
