Help….Front Handle for Big Bend.

Was replacing door handles…yes the nut dropped into the door. I know, rookie move.

I was able to retrieve , bit it looks like I have to take entire interior trim off To reintall this nut. Is this the case? Can’t find any videos on how to do.
