I found a totalled bronco with front end damage. It has a hard top. Being a soft top owner and new to removable roof. Is there anything I should look for to make sure the hard top is in good condition? Besides obvious cracks.

Make sure where it goes onto the cabin is not damaged. If the windshield is not damaged, most likely this top is ok.

Also, check the panels and make sure they are still aligned.

Also check the rear window alignment opening and closing, and the rear side panels fitment.

you might also double check the anchor points for the clamshell rear to make sure they don’t seem jacked or that they shifted in the wreck.
I’d probably take off and reinstall the top removable panels as well just to double check their fit as well.

Sorry if all this is too obvious but I’ve had one replaced and these are the things I went through.
