My name is Paul and I'm from Hyde Park, NY and here's my tale. I've previously owned two full size Bronco's, a Bricknose 91 and an OBS 96, both Eddie Bauer trim, that I regrettably sold years ago due to lifestyle choices. Mainly because it was a pain to get my kids in and out of car seats. I figured there's always tomorrow. Apparently I was wrong because Ford decided to replace the Bronco with the Expedition. I tried a one but it wasn't the same. My wife and I went over to the dark side (Wranglers!). I was ecstatic when Ford debuted the new Bronco at the 2004 International Auto Show., then disappointed when it never materialized. When the current model was announced I thought my time was finally here but who would have anticipated a pandemic and it's effects on the car industry. I didn't make a reservation so I've been sitting on my build sheet waiting for the order banks to reopen. After a year of scouring Cars.com I finally found what I was looking for on the lot and was able to get the dealer to drop the market adjustment. Last night I brought home my new '22 Race Red Black Diamond. It's the best Christmas present ever. I already have mod fever and am looking forward to getting my new toy dirty!

Well...lol, long story.
Started w/ water in the cargo "tub". Dealer sucked...I fixed
Seats wouldn't properly latch, couldn't pitch seats from the back (got a 2-dr). I fiddlefucked it, told dealer then need to install seat rails & true side-to-side.
Then A pillar leak.
And finally...transmission.
All above had to reference TSBs or Service bulletins. Ford doesn't really honor a Voice of Customer, due to that impeccable Ford quality

Welcome aboard...in New Hartford NY (between Syracuse and Abany) have a 2022 BD 4 door....I have the BD alloys, but don't run them in the winter...

That sucks. I've read a lot of dealer horror stories on FB Bronco forums. Sometimes good service is hard to find. I've owned several Super Duty's with 6.0 Power Strokes so I know how hard it is to find competent technicians.
