Ford.com account site crash

The "My Account" section of the Ford website is down... maybe more updates coming in anticipation of "no scheduling" this week... I'm looking for any glimmer of hope that my FE will get scheduled sometime soon!

Multiple attempts to sign on, finally was able to but now I only get the rotating circle of death when I try and view my FE reservation lol.

Yeah last night I logged on only to see that my reservation menu option was missing. Had a heart attack and then realized that the Log In didn't stick. Tried again and saw that funky menu and the reservation wouldn't load.

Just took a deep breath, tried again in an hour and it was back to normal.

My guess, Ford sent out the 3pm e-mail and everyone logged on and crashed the system

Yup I just tried this morning and my Ford account is back to normal, but it doesnt look like they really fixed anything on the reservation / in store order side.
