The Curt harness PN 58992 (FOR LED TAIL LIGHT BRONCOS) has the diodes built in. And it is "no cut." Unless you want to change the 4 way plug and wire it in to a 6 or 7 way receptacle (which I recommend).
But 1) DIY wiring may be easier to stuff in the limited tail light cavities than the Curt connectors. 2)The Curt harness does NOT drive the high center brake light.
In my opinion, the Curt instructions are not that great since they are general and not specific to the Bronco. But a little thinking and staring at the vehicle and harness gets you through.
