Who has recently received their Everglades and can tell me if the front is lower than the back due to the weight of the winch? Does Ford compensate for this or will it require an aftermarket leveling kit? Just curious as mine is being built this week!

Ford does compensate for it with a different set of springs, but the front is still lower than the back to account for potential cargo. Not just on Everglades but all Broncos.

All Broncos are slightly lower in the front than the rear from the factory.

I know the front is always slightly lower than the back, but just interested if it is significantly different on the Everglades. Thanks for your response!

The rake is slight, the guys going with anything over 1 inch level kit, have a noticeable Carolina squat going on.

Avoiding that at all costs:LOL: My current Big Bend has a leveling kit which is 2 inches on the front and 1 inch on the back which made it almost perfectly level. I saw a Heritage which was recently delivered to a local Ford dealership and it looked almost level straight from factory -- so I didn't know how different the Everglades was!

Yeah they definitely accounted for it. When I was researching for my capable bumper install I measured an Everglades on my dealer's lot. Obviously there are slight variations between different vehicles with different equipment options, but based on what I measured I'm fairly certain the weight was accounted for.

That said, I was comparing it primarily to a 2.3L Badlands, which does has the stabilizer bar disconnect and added some weight. But my guess they are simply using springs meant for the 2.7L engine—which is ~150 lbs heavier than the 2.3L engine.

I haven't actually compared part numbers though, maybe I'll do that later today.

That would be awesome, thanks for that info!

I don't notice any significant difference in rake on mine based on other Broncos I've seen.

This photo is at a slight angle so it may be a little hard to tell. I can try to do measurements if I have time later.

Just looked it up and Everglades appears to share the same spring used on the 2.7L Badlands Sasquatch.

It’s right around 1.5” higher in the rear according to my quick measurements.
