Door panel Interior Replacement or Change, need advice

I have seen a few photos of people changing out their interior door panel accents. Are there after market versions out there that I'm missing? Is it an easy switch? I'm asking because the factory foam stuff does not take much of a beating. I had a small table leaning against the door and it ripped. Any solutions? Thanks!!
