I reserved my Bronco on 7/13 but now when I look at emails from Ford it has my reservation date as 7/14. I took a screen shot when I made the reservation on 7/13. Is this a problem anyone experienced this?

As had been discussed many times, Ford used GMT for time stamp. Your reservation is still whatever it was.

Well documented and discussed on the forum.

Call Ford customer service. They (and the dealer) can see your exact reservation time stamp on their end if you’re worried.

Many documented cases of the reservation date showing the next day in emails and the Ford.com profile.

A few theories, but whatever the reason it doesn’t matter.

Yes, every single person in the US that made a reservation has seen their reservation time stamp be 4-7 hours ahead of what they thought is was on their local time.
