Dealer installed items - $90 charge?

I got the front bumper HD, full vehicle steel plates, rubber mats, and wheel locks. I saw a $90 charge for "Total DIO OPTS". Am I getting charged $90 for wheel locks since I can't imaging the bumper/plates are dealer installed? Are they charging me $90 to put in floor mats...

Wheel locks are $90 per B&P. As I understand it the rest of the options you listed come installed from the factory. Dealer is going to install the locks once its delivered so its a separate category on your pricing.
