'23 non-SAS OBX, I went with GFX Wheels 18x9/0 offset, tires are Mickey Thompson All Terrain 33x12.5/18R on stock suspension. I changed out the crash bars due to some rubbing on the rear bars at full lock; I went with the high clearance bars from 4WP. Once I had the wheels and tires installed, the poke was a bit too much to my liking so I ordered some painted SAS flares and am very happy with the results.

Don't use tire dressing on tires you use offroad.
