I ditched the Squatch Goodyears for 35" BFG KO2s. Have always run them on other trucks. Kinda wish I got the KM3's. I didn't because they are an E rated tire and were afraid they might ride rough

The KM3s are much closer to a true mud-terrain tire. So if you were worried about on-road ride comfort you definitely made the right choice.

Keep in mind the Goodyear Territory tires are specifically designed/manufactured by Goodyear for factory vehicles to meet the manufacturer requirements. They are worried about the "initial impressions": It needs to ride comfortably on the road, needs to get good fuel economy, price needs to be relatively low, and needs to look good. But the Goodyear Territory MT tires are not actually truly M/T tires, they're closer to all-terrains. Goodyear will tell you MT stands for "Maximum Traction", and their real mud-terrain tires (Goodyear Fierce) are much more capable off-road than the Goodyear Territory tires.

Based on the small amount of tire research that I have done, the KM3 is at the top of the list for replacement tires when I finally wear out or get tired of the stock Goodyears.

I have the KM3 on my Jeep and are impressed. But I think I may try the famous KO2 or some of the other All terrains first.

I've learned to hate mud and that is where the KMs shine.

I’ve run Toyo Open Country AT IIIs on my WildTrak and they’re due to be installed this afternoon on my Everglades. Great tire for on road and snow/ice use, but not sure about true off-road. Originally I replaced the Goodyears with KO2s and hated them, took anywhere from 7-12 ounces of weight to balance, were noisy, greasy in snow/ice. I used to run the original KOs which were excellent tires, but the newer version are nowhere near as good. WildTrak was beadlocked and required only 2-3 ounces to balance. WildTrak was 315/70R17 and Everglades will be 35/12.5/17
