Ordered the foam strips and look forward to wrapping the bars.

THANK YOu
When taking this pic for you I remembered the area in the corner of the bend seemed to be a problem area, so that’s why i wrapped it past the Velcro.

For those of you with the latches sticking, this is how the latches should operate. No yanking down on the top or messing with the pin to get it out. If yours don’t work like this, slap them both down at same time, then you need to adjust the latch bracket on the Bronco. Same goes for the Skyrider I have as well.

And for those of you with the latches sticking, you need to adjust the latch plates on the Bronco. There is a lot of play in them, and the Bestop tolerance is a lot tighter than the factory tops.
Mine were really tight at first. I used a hook to pull the latch hooks out for a few weeks, but eventually the top relaxed a little, and mine release perfectly now with no adjustment. Just needed patience.

So I installed this last summer and it never worked right. I used the string method to pull it each time and it was annoying but worked. I'll add my right side slides like butter so I know how its suppose to work. I'm not doing it wrong! I took it off for the winter and reinstalled it a few weekends ago hoping it would be fixed... its worse. The string method barely works now. But after reading the board i went hunting for a better fix. i found this video and Im hoping it will fix the issue! Ill update after...
