BD rims with SAS tires?

It looks like the BD stock rim is 17x7.5 and Sasquatch is 17x8.5. The stock Sasquatch tires are Goodyear territory M/T. Specs indicate that the Sasquatch tire is 8-11" rim size. Assuming my numbers are correct, this would mean the stock BD rims will not work with the stock Sasquatch tires, is that correct?

Usually it's listed as recommended wheel size but yes, 35's will fit on the stock BD wheels. Plenty of threads with pics and insight for you ..

The Black Diamond wheels are indeed too narrow for the factory Sasquatch tires. I guess they will technically mount, but it's not within Goodyear's recommended rim width, so it's a bad idea.

But there are 35 sizes that will fit on 7.5" rims. Common sizes:

• 35x11.5R17 - ie. Toyo Open Country
• 35x10.5R17 - ie. Kenda Klever
• 255/85R17 - ie. Micky Thompson Baja Boss

Those all have (roughly) the same diameter as the Sasquatch tires, but are narrower in width.

Right on! The 285/75R17 is right there also. All around 34.5 and fit on a 7.5" wide wheel.
