Most of us have come to realize there’s no great value in upgrading from MGV to leather when it comes to the Badlands trim. With the 2dr leather upgrade, best I can tell, for $2,195 you get manual operated leather seats and perhaps carpet? With the 4dr you Do a little better with the addition of “powered” leather seats.
When it comes to the Bronco Sport and you add the leather option in the Build and Price tool you are upgraded to what’s called the “Badlands Package” for $2595. That $2595 package gives you powered leather seats, plus the near equivalent of the Lux package (B&O 10 speaker sound system, heated leather wrapped steering wheel, remote start, reverse sensing, wireless charging, auto dimming mirror, etc.), plus they throw in a powered moonroof.
How many of us would opt for the leather option on our full sized Bronco if it offered the equivalent of the Bronco Sport Badlands Package? I certainly would.
