So, I'm not sure if we had the same issue. My headlights were always on with auto, even during the day. My display was always in night mode unless I manually changed it to day. But, I literally just got home from the dealership. They said my daylight sensor was defective and they replaced it. Everything works fine now. Just FYI.

Nope. Different problem. Mine just dims like it's dusk out due to the UV light being blocked by the window.

My auto lights work perfectly!

Thanks for the heads up.

Did you try turning your mirror upside down? I had the same issue after getting my Bronco tinted. Turns out the tinter flipped the mirror during install causing the sensor on the back of the mirror to be blocked by the black box. Once I flipped the mirror right side up it fixed the issue. You can tell if it's right side up by the text direction on the backside of the mirror.

So I got the Bronco tinted as it's too hot here to drive around with nekkid windows.

Interesting problem - front window was tinted with UV blocking ceramic tint. That forces all of the screens to dim as if it were night time. Setting display to 100% brightness (both in software and with hardware buttons) doesn't fix the issue.

Is this something I'm going to have to FORSCAN to fix? Is that even a possibility?

I'll post better photos later for those looking at tinting options and do a walkthrough etc, but for now as I'm on the road, this is the only photo I have.
Just got my windows tinted last night . Same thing is happening. Did you find a fix by chance ?
