Any Cargo Lid Enclosure that doesn't need the factory tie-down bolts to be installed?

Has anyone seen a cargo lid enclosure (for a hard-top or soft-top) that doesn't need the factory tie-down bolts to be installed? Tuffy/Ford and Diabolical all use the factory bolts. Want a full lid, not just a shelf.
