Another seat mismatch from Ford

Does it have the cup holders too? If it does you should just keep it that way.

Nope, it was just the lower cover which is a single piece for the center & driver side seat. Besides what do I need cup holders back there for, I'll never sit back there

Hi. Two questions for you, and pretend this is your Bronco:

1) Should Ford shut down the assembly line when one set of seats doesn’t match, and the matching seat is not available?
2) If your Bronco was held up at Dirt Mountain due to a non-matching seat, would you want them to ship it or wait for the matching seat to arrive and be installed?

Hey, I do like to read all the replies…. I’m an old guy…..I got over myself a long time ago, and I‘m pretty thick skinned.

I asked a very simple question: Would YOU rather be driving your Bronco with mis-matched seats, or waiting a couple months (or more) until an extra set of seats were available? Which would you rather?

There are thousands of parts required to keep an assembly line running. The logistics required is staggering. Unfortunately, people make mistakes.

I have no doubt that those seats have already been replaced. Yup, a pain in the ass, but a minor issue.
