I've had good luck with spotify and locally stored music, but the current fave is PlexAmp. No more need to store it all locally, when I can host my own collection and share it to any device that's mine (via Plex). Also works like a champ with android auto
This is one of the first things I'll be testing out on the Bronco, can't wait to test out the B&O with some FLAC tunes.

I wonder how many people who have been claiming the sound system sucks have been bluetoothing a compressed Spotify playlist? 🤣

Enh, i suspect that's not it, there's a difference between a 8.5 out of 10 that you get from moving away from bt/compressed audio vs the 3 out of 10 that the base audio system seems to be.

In the wife's Ascent, the first thing that we upgraded was the speakers for the base audio system. when we swapped them out (JL Audio, if you're curious) the stock speakers were actually weak enough that their magnets weren't even strong enough to hold themselves to the fridge. that and a 6.5" speaker shouldn't weigh under a pound. it was sad.
