Is it normal for the AEMS tracking data to disappear about 10 days after date shipped of 11-21-21? Instead of the data, there is a small file (269 bytes) that requires permission to download but has no useable info. Also the image of my build has been replaced with a gray placeholder shape, as shown below. Haven’t been able to get a railcar number although the Visibility Report forwarded by my sales person says it is in Wayne, MI — probably the ramp at MAP.
