Adding OEM Raptor Grill lights to Wildtrak-Need help

I am swapping out the grills too. Grill isn't here yet but do the lights come on it or do I need to buy lights?

Have to be purchased separately. Also need the wiring harness and the mounting bracket. (If you don’t want to deal with cutting yours)
