Nice letter. At least the Mach E team is trying to keep the info flowing. Maybe, just maybe the Bronco team will follow suit........nah, what was I thinking.

Disclaimer: With the Bronco marketing arm sending something out soon maybe they will include a letter with some info concerning what's going on with our Broncos. Hey, it could happen......:)

What is this “communication”? I’m confused… The Bronco team should take a page out of this teams book.

I was reading the Mach-E forums since I'm getting an EV now and stumbled upon this. Don't shoot the messenger...

Although I must say, their emails sound a bit more professional.

Thanks for the post. Supply chain issues are still affecting much of our economy, and it's quite possible some Bronco trims will be impacted in the coming months with chip issues. For example, some supply chain issues this week
1. My Home Depot is missing more than half of its Rustoleum spray paint colors, allegedly due to shipping container issues
2. The restaurant supply store i use professionally has a shortage of bottled water, due to a shortage of plastic bottles
3. A shortage of glass bottles is looming, reportedly much of Foodservice glass bottles are made in India, which is in the throes of Covid and a low vaccination rate. One result: Mexican Coca Cola, which is bottled, is in short supply . . . It uses cane sugar, not corn syrup! And tastes better!

I think we on this forum need to remember the virtues of patience and charity!

250kWh as compensation eh?
Last time I checked FordPass Charge Stations charged ~$0.40/kWh.

Looks like a $100 apology.

I'd take this over the endless swag that is getting sent to only a fraction of reservation holders.

Plus, many of us in the #BadBatchBroncos have already waited our 6 weeks.
