37's or a new bumper with winch?

So guys and gals, I have a 4 door Base Sasquatch with the 2.7 and have a budget of $2,500.00 or so for either 37's or a DV8 winch bumper and Badlands Apex winch with remote.
This weekend I ordered perch collars because either way I go I will need them:

These collars will increase the ride height on a 2021 Bronco up 2.25″ front and 1.25″ in the rear. So I am leveling plus giving me the ability to put 37's on if that is the route I go.
My dilemma is should I get 37's?

I'm in Iowa so I don't do a bunch of off roading so I'm not sure how much a winch would even get used. But you don't need one until you do so adding one would be nice.

37's. winch is over rated if not rock crawling and you go with friends.

35s are very capable. Winch first imo.

Winch for sure. 35s on a Bronco are all you need. 37s are just the “tube socks stuffed in your pants”
My opinion of course.
