Built 50 years apart, and the Bronco spirit continues.

Seen here is a Gateway Ford’s mannequin unit that was delivered to the dealership on July 27. It is a Wildtrak with the soft top, 2.7L automatic, in Rapid Red. It drives like a dream, with little to no wind or tire noise, powerful acceleration, comfortably wide stance, and aggressive appearance. It is a real eye-catcher and has created many impatient Bronco fanatics and reservation holders in our little town of Greeneville, Tennessee. It is absolutely worth the wait.

The other Bronco pictured is a 1974 Ranger package with a 2 1/2 inch lift on 33x17 tires. It is a rebuild of original 302V8 and C4 automatic trans with a 3 year frame-off restoration. It has AMP research power running boards and Ford Ruby Red paint from current model year.

The soul of the Bronco lives on, as evidenced by these photos.

First off, great pics! Are you a dealer? I assume that's a mannequin since its a soft top WT.
Yes that is our mannequin unit. We aren't upset about the soft top, though. We are happy to have one and trying to patient for what is to come!

Looks great!

I mean, I still am getting a sick thrill out of that Cyber Orange vs. School Bus thread this morning, but this looks awesome :)

My husband and I will have something similar soon. I've ordered WT AMB and we've started a restoration of our '74 Bronco Ranger, too.

So I guess your Daddy was a 74 Bronco and your Momma was an F150 Supercrew?

I can tell because you got your Momma's doors

Thank you! That was worth the "click". Two observations, I really like the original design and Ford did a good job with the modern interpretation of the Bronco.

Love it!! Wanted to do the same with ours, but the ole ‘66 may never see his little brother. Was hoping for 55 years apart but now looks more like it might be 56. 🤮

The ONLY way these pics would be any better is if the hard top was removed and a Bimini top was on the WT.
