I'm going to go out on a limb and say since the 1st pic says measured (next to the dimension), and the 2nd pic says approximate and nothing else. You probably wanna go with pic #1.

Though I haven't measured it myself.

Edit: I'm assuming whoever edited the 1st pic never took off the "original" approximate.

Any dimensions or pics of 2 door cargo area with rear seats folded? Always carry my two Labs. Pretty well have already planned to take the rear seats out and leave them out. Will this leave a LEVEL cargo area behind front seats to rear hatch?

The best I can tell it should be level with the back seat removed (everything is removable ) I hope it is more room than my JK which works, but is tight for my 2 Newfoundland dogs that are often with me and sometimes the Border Collie cross too.
