Really hope I can make it next year! Such a shame that I was busy on Saturday. Sounds like a good crowd.

WOW! The 11th annual May It Forward has come and gone. With an ominous forecast threating a good time, BONES was able to still pull in a great crowd. My guess is about 90 Broncos in total, as we had 43 on the Friday night street cruise. We started out with a group pic just up the road from out designated starting point. Then we proceeded at a nice leisurely pace to our next stop, the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial cemetery. (Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Winchendon | Mass.gov) From there we proceeded to the Cathedral of the Pines. (Cathedral of the Pines | Honor Celebrate Reflect) Both locations gave a glimpse into why we do what we do. These brave men and women sacrificed so much so that we can do the activities we love to do.


Saturday started with a little drizzle, but it didn't not keep a lot of the hearty annual participants away! A brief shower happened about the time of our free lunch and the Foundation representative presentation but was beautiful and sunny by the time we wrapped it all up. Raffle prizes were viewed, strategies made, and winnings were given (even if SOMEONE didn't write their name on the ticket!) Old and new friends conversed throughout the grounds. A huge herd of Broncos is always a cool sight! Overall, we are pleased to announce that with the help of many people, as well as the generous donation from last year's round up, we will be presenting a check of $27,007!! It is quite humbling to know that so many people care about the event that started as an idea to do good things and hang with great people. If you gave, participated, donated or just care about what we do, a thank you. Here's to an incredible 2026 version of May It Forward!!
