paint defect

2022 Outer Banks has been in my possession for almost 2 years now. After most recent wash, noticed a small blister in the paint on the hood. Just got back from dealership down the street with not the best news....Service Advisor stated she's rarely seen Ford cover this under warranty. Really...

So I was cleaning some bugs off the front of the car and I noticed a spot on the driver side front bumper that looks like it was almost completely missed by paint. I wouldn't call it chipping or peeling, it just looks like there was hardly ever paint there to begin with and you can see the metal...
