not smooth

Does anybody have an issue with their wiper blades skipping/hopping on the return swipe? Swipe from down to up is 95% smooth but swipe from up to down always skips/hops on the way down, unless I’m spraying wiper fluid. I guess the fluid provides some sort of lubrication for the blades. I...
