I use a 2" drop with my 2021 badlands 4dr 4x4 to trailer a Seadoo that's 960 lbs dry weight (no trailer). The problem is, i'm unable to trailer without taking the spare tire off. Both 2" and 3 1/4" drops do not leave enough room between the coupler and the tire. The tire blocks the coupler...
