  1. Just wanting to know, why 35+ tire size's

I have always thought a BD or BL on the 34" Bias Supers Swampers would be the perfect mix of extreme capability and DD livability.
  2. Tire prices poised to skyrocket? [WARNING: NO POLITICS]

They have been on the rise on Amazon for about 3 years now. The GtRadial Komodo MT 31s on my comanche were $140 a piece in Aug of 2019, in Jan 20' just before the world fell apart, I had to buy a single one after driving over a concrete pin while moving my mother in laws stuff out of her cabin...
  3. Non-Sas Outer Banks with Badlands factory takeoffs wheels / tires - installed

If you got the rear locker on that you basically have 85% of the capability of a Badlands in a simple daily driver suit.
  4. Factory Sasquatch question - Goodyears (or another tire) good for rocky conditions (puncture resistance)?

For real, when I get a Bronco its getting swampers. I have 28x8.50 tsls on a amc eagle, and it does better in sand than my old 32x11.50 BFG MTs. They arent really any worse on road than any extra durable mud terrian tires.
  5. Factory Sasquatch question - Goodyears (or another tire) good for rocky conditions (puncture resistance)?

Super Swampers have punture resistance that is second to only military and skidsteer tires.
  6. Going 35's on 7MT Big Bend. Will I lose 6th gear?

Any CJ7 owners wanna chime in here. I have run 33s with 3.54 gears and 0.63 OD with most of 110HP of fury. No problem going 80mph in it. Aside from the very real threat of imminent death by any one of many potential failures. :ROFLMAO:
  7. Thoughts on my intended lift/tire/wheel combo?

If you are fine with the tire size I think that is perfect. I like 16 with a 32-33. Really i am happy to never go over 16 unless its a big rig or tires are above 44s. Big wheels make a poor ride that requires more expensive shocks. Not to mention shock loads on joints that would otherwise be...
  8. Off-roading, actually running mud, with factory SAS, Goodyear Territory tires?

Anything with tread and bias ply construction is tough to beat offroad. Eventually swampers guys do downgrade to ATs. Bald swampers are as good as brand new ATs. :ROFLMAO:
  9. Off-roading, actually running mud, with factory SAS, Goodyear Territory tires?

Just seeing pics of people with some stuff on their tires. I expect them to be better than almost all ATs but doubt they will do better than any MTs. Except maybe some lower grade import types like Linglong or other ebay rubber. I do expect them to be high on puncture resistance and such...
  10. To the designer of the Sasquatch tires

These pick up gravel the size of golf balls. Thats not hail on you roof its just a mudder driving by.
  11. Has any one mounted real offroad tires yet?

Yep I had a set of 38.5s that were headed for my van before I changed plans to move to hawaii. ended up putting 33 M/T Deegans MTs i got on sale. Was better for the trip to run on new tires instead of used. Ground Hawgs are serious tires though. Everything else is just for looks.
  12. Has any one mounted real offroad tires yet?

Spoken like a true Ohioan. Thornbirds arent my favorite but they do outgun every AT and most(70% or so) radial MTs. I'm from Dayton and bought a set of Boggers with 40% tread left for $200 and wheeled them on 3 CJs and a Bronco over 7 years. Eventually had to sipe and cut the treads after I...
  13. Has any one mounted real offroad tires yet?

Nice. I've been known to have 2 sets of tires for different uses before.
  14. Has any one mounted real offroad tires yet?

If you can get it to lift a front tire in low range it does!
  15. Has any one mounted real offroad tires yet?

Just wondering if anyone has any pics of aggressive tires on their new Bronco. Anyone with Swampers, Maxxis, Mickeys, Goodyear MTRs? Anyone taken a stab at bias plys yet? As some of you may know when I get a Bronco, I will be getting Super Swampers, probably a TSL SX, maybe a oddball size like...
  16. Installed 33 inch tires on stock Base rims - no mods required

I really am tempted to get base and go with 33 swampers, bilstein take offs, and regear to 5.13 with fords front axle upgrade. Would be a beast especially with a tune.
  17. Bandlands on 1" leveling kit with 35’s and Fuel wheels (+1mm offset)

I just like to be able to load it up and not look to the sky while driving. But hey its not like ever really been trendy. I stopped living in vans when it stopped being trashy before are the hashtags came around.
  18. Bandlands on 1" leveling kit with 35’s and Fuel wheels (+1mm offset)

When I get my Bronco 2 years from now I think Im just going to put a level kit on the rear so it looks tough instead of carolina'd.
