Is this something that I should take back to the dealer and have them replace?

So today I pulled my bronco out of the garage and went for a drive. When I came home to park it back in the garage I found this laying in its spot. Can anyone tell me what it is? I crawled underneath my bronco and could not tell where it came from. Any ideas would be helpful.
