Yeah, they're just the plastic fenders that they have painted. You could probably find a competent local auto body shop to do the same thing without the markup.
Not really a surprise. The same people that scream about "freedoms" only want to you to have freedoms on their terms, and only if you pass their moral standard.
It's not legal to tint below the AS-1 line in Florida. That being said, window tint is a secondary offense in Florida so you can't be stopped solely for your tint. Buyer beware though...
