That is correct and that is why I am replying to a Granger @Zach@Granger post as they are my original dealer. They keep telling me it’s Fords responsibility, but Ford tells me that Granger has the dep cash!!!
I canceled end of November before the 23 orders were placed. Ford still to this day can’t deliver a reliable hardtop. And neither Ford nor Granger can’t seem to return a reservation fee that it was canceled months ago
Zach, 10-1-2020 reservation was always with you, not a transfer. Ford customer service tells me I have a bronco on order for 2023, Samantha at Granger said 23 order never placed and Ford has taken over the processing??? Does Granger or Ford pay back the reservation fee???
Lucky you actually getting a bronco! I had a July $1000 Below and a October 2000 below invoice and have subsequently canceled them both. I got a refund on the first one months ago but apparently Ford processes the second one so I’ve been told.
Yes, same boat as you. I called Ford customer service they told me I had a 2023 on order and to call the dealer. I called the dealer and they told me they never placed the 2023 order and they have no way to cancel it, Ford is taking over the process. so once again, it’s another cluster F because...
So I never converted to a 2023 order in November. After two years gave up and bought a Ranger. Sent an email to @Granger Ford in November asking for a cancellation. Have not received any refund on my reservation. I called Ford corporate customer service and they indicate that I have a 2023 on...
I don’t get it doesn’t Ford want to sell vehicles and would want to fill the orders that are placed no matter whether it’s a small dealer or a large dealer they’re selling freaking cars. @Ford Motor Company is reneging on their initial reservation system they said the orders would be filled...
Initial deal when we first place our reservations had absolutely no mention of an allocation system the orders were supposed to be filled in first come first serve order baring allocation issues. I wonder if there are any good attorneys on here to file a class action lawsuit against Ford?
It’s a good idea when you place your order to get your final price in writing so no surprises. There has been reports of dealers selling off other peoples orders if they don’t go with the huge price increase

I’ve seen the two new colors in person and I’m totally not a fan of either they are to pearlescent and change colors not something that a vintage bronco did. I was hoping they were going to come out with the non-metallic mustard yellow
A few weeks ago I saw the writing on the wall and pushed mine to M22 with a 99 code. Obviously we know now that it was going to be 22 for the hard top anyway. I was told they were still honoring their $2000 off deal. That was for 22models. I don’t know if you have to push it further years down...
Sorry I can’t read 31 pages and maybe you have posted this but I live in Michigan and please tell us what dealer told you you can’t get sand under your vehicle and it should be covered by insurance? This is total bull I understand Ford corporate made the right decision but the dealership...
so how many extra Ford points do we supposed to be getting if we ever get a vehicle delivered? I forgot what the total is to be after receipt of so many missed promises I just figured that would never come as well
Yes i was suprised in the deep sand how well it did. I thought i might get stuck and brought rescue boards but she just kept pushing through and didn’t need them
