They completed the wiring harness recall service to my raptor this week when I took it in for an unrelated unresolved issue. Check your passenger fender splash shield/trim and the bolt/rivets before you leave the dealer. Mine was missing a few.

Exactly. I don’t doubt some have had great experiences, but I’ve dealt with nightmare of dealer service and delay experiences (not ford). Also, anecdotal but what I’ve read is do not take it to a dealership for road force balancing 37” tires as your first option.
I was actually looking for insight into the process of a warranty claim for tires and how long it takes etc with Ford, and how long I’ll be without a car. Guess I’ll report back.
The first shop issue for sure, second shop knew what they were doing and was actually able to get it down from 50s. But once you start trying to match bad tires with worst wheels.. you can only do so much from what I’m seeing if you start with a really bad tire in the 50s (one started at 54 road...
