@LOCO_Bronco - Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue when I tried installing my Prinsu Pro Pack Saddle on my 2025 Bronco 4-Dr Badlands (painted hardtop roof). The roof brackets either aren't long enough or the rack isn't wide enough. Not sure what the issue is but it definitely...
