  1. Whistling Bronco Hood Deflector Fix šŸ˜Ž

I’d suggest the weatherstripping method that I used with the stuff from Amazon. It has been perfect since I installed that strip. for the rattling upper caps, I saw somewhere that a guy put a piece of foam under it with adhesive on one side that was just the right thickness to make the cap fit...
  2. Whistling Bronco Hood Deflector Fix šŸ˜Ž

I don’t have a wind tunnel, but I know that the BAOW coefficient was reduced by a substantial amount as soon as the deflector went on. (BAOW = Bug Asses on Windshield) Will it alter the trajectory of a big rock? I dunno. I would think it might be enough to help smaller ones ride a little lift...
  3. Whistling Bronco Hood Deflector Fix šŸ˜Ž

I’m the original owner and installed it. Took a lot of time to make sure it was lined up perfect with masking tape. There really isn’t but one way to install it, short of sticking it higher or lower on the hood. I’m surprised others don’t whistle, but it might be one of those things where...
  4. Whistling Bronco Hood Deflector Fix šŸ˜Ž

Bought my wife a new ā€˜25 OBX. It’s our first time owning a vehicle shaped like a shoebox, so the amount of bugs on the windshield became an instant issue. Hood deflector was the obvious fix, and I used the Ford OE model. It greatly reduced the bug issue. However, fixing one issue created...
  5. Hood bug deflector

I just put on that same style. Pros: Bugs on the windshield so far seem a whole lot less. The textured plastic matches the front bumper on our OBX pretty well, so it looks alright. (I’ve never been a fan of bug deflectors, but this one is tolerable because it’s low profile and stuck tight to...
  6. 275/65-18 Goodyear Territory MT on ‘25 OBX

No, there’s no need. These are just a hair over 32ā€, same diameter as stock, just a little wider. There is plenty of room. I believe the same can be said for 275/70-18, which is 33ā€ diameter.
  7. 275/65-18 Goodyear Territory MT on ‘25 OBX

They aren’t serious off-roaders by any means, but I think they can handle the occasional gravel road my wife will take them down pulling a kayak trailer, or a curb at Starbucks. šŸ˜‚ They do have a tendency to get loud, but it’s not oppressive. I can hear them on my ZR2, but…it’s a truck...
  8. 275/65-18 Goodyear Territory MT on ‘25 OBX

I’m a tire guy. I’ve sold tires and been around the industry for almost 28 years. So, when we bought my wife her new Bronco Outer Banks, one of the ā€œconditionsā€ to my surrender was that the stock Bridgestone Dueler ATs (which look like they belong on a minivan) had to go. She didn’t want a...
  9. Speedo Recalibration

    On a 2025? I understood that it couldn’t yet.
  10. Speedo Recalibration

Yep, I came up with the same - I’ve got no issue with that. Any other reason to recalibrate the system for it? Transmission shift points or anything drivability related? Thanks!
  11. Speedo Recalibration

Have a new '25 Bronco Outer Banks....new to the Bronco world. (It's my wife's, but she's going to let me do what I normally do, as Director of Automotive Modifications for our household. :)) Our OBX has the 2.7L V6 and all the buttons. It has the 255/70-18 OE street tires (Dueler AT) that...
