Anyone knew the part number of the circled panel?

I am wondering if a Ford dealership sells the part (circled red in the photo) located behind the left rear panel that becomes accessible when removing the tail light assembly for replacement. If so, what is the part number? Somehow it got snapped as seen in the photo. I appreciate the help.

What is the part # of HR1?

Should be the screw that attached the fender liner.

close enough but not the actual screw.

I’d prefer to have the actual screw. Some Ford parts store sell the variants. I am wondering if anyone has some extras.

Does anyone know the exact part number for this specific fender screw? I’ve checked multiple websites, but it always seems to show up as a variant type.
