Not really I think with anything that's not the stock muffler you will have a louder exhaust for sure. Def a lot of rumble to this in lower gears. Personally I love it tho.
Good analysis Sir !
Currently have a 2023 Black diamond SAS, I've been looking to move from the stock 315/70/17's to a 35 11.5 K03 ! This is an excellent comparison as I've been thinking about how skinny a 11.5 will appear compared to the 315. Also I have the stock -wider sas wheel well flares...
Depends on what type of front bumper you have. I am used to standard tow hooks that stick out perpendicular to the grill. The Black diamond has these hen style and mounting my flag was a little more awkward.
On my Silverado I used to have ko2s and ran around 10 in the rear as well. No beadlocks. No beadlocks on the bronco currently either. Air down tires just grip on the hills!! Can always start at 15 and let some more air out. I usually kept more psi on front because of engine and people weight...
Excited for your trip out there !
Personally. I ran 14 psi on the front and 10 on the rears last year. 12 would be fine I bet. Looks like you got a 2 door so even less weight then my 4 door (black diamond sas on stock 'mt' territory). You'll do great out there. Test hill can be a little sharp...
Could hit that corner of the muffler with a flap wheel real quick to smooth out that edge. That way instead of a gouge or scratching into the drive shaft or brake line it would just be a softer scrape. Would also gain another 1/8 of clearance. 😁 Just make sure not to overdo it.
I recall a big discussion on this site about the requirement being 6 quarts and not 7 for the broncos. (Although it doesn't sound like 7 is hurting you) - I have a 2.7 and use 6 quarts when I change the oil. 🤷♀️ Looks like Google yeilds that adding 7 might get the oil to overfill dipstick a tad.
Agreed on the ronin plug !! Had probably an entire quart on my driveway on my first oil change due to this same cow piss effect. My oil drain pan is the box type with a hole at the top. It splashed everywhere. Ronin plug reduces diameter and has an easy had tighten/ loosen release. Well worth...
I know you asked about corsa and borla - BUT here is a little cold start of my Roush axle back. Not too loud. Nice little rumble compared to stock.
(Previous ride was a 5.3 Chevy with long tubes, cam, and borla pro xs. Nowhere near that kind of drone with this setup 😅)
I have the mini mud flaps from IAG, I'd give them a 6.5/10 for effectiveness. Some of the other flaps just looked super clunky. My goal was to cut down some of the rocks that would be thrown up by the stock Goodyear Sas MT's , AND minimize some of the salt splash in winter. I'd say these are...
Sounds like a good experiment maybe take some videos of before and after you put it on? - I have that same kit on the 2.7 and I have had the tip on since I installed it and think it sounds good. I can't imagine the tip would change the sound too much.
I installed the Roush axle back on my 2.7 this summer. I actually love the sound of it. With the stock muffler I couldn't even tell when the vehicle was on or off 😂. It brings a bit more bass rumble than stock. I don't notice too much drone. Then again my previous vehicle was a 5.3 Chevy with...
Great write up ! Currently sitting at 57k miles on my 23 black diamond. I am considering a transmission service soon... as 150k before a change sounds ridiculous as is recommended in the manual. I too am curious at what milage andersman02 changed his. And at what interval folks are changing theirs.

If any of y'all were looking at that post from Panda talking about their turbo upgrade, this seems to be the same set of increased compressor wheels at 41 mm. Looks like it...
I am curious with the 'up to 640 HP' statement, I'd assume ethanol to get that high. How much injector is needed to get close to 640. Excited to see some Dyno results if they can find 2.7.
I'd say do it ! The stock silver was too much contrast. Took mine to a local guy blasted and coated for $125 went with an Evo grey to kind of match the hard top and flares.
