The "tool" is the hardware, or the little box and plug. The "voucher" is the code that allows you to download the software/tune off of the Ford servers to upload to your Bronco's computer through the OBDII port. Together they are the "kit".

Currently 49 state legal. CARB E.O. process is underway. Keep an eye on the accessories site for the update when it is 50 state compliant for 25MY/26MY.

Most sincere apologies. We literally sold out of these the day we launched, got more ready to ship, then the email blast went out, and we sold out again. It took us 48 hours, but we were able to get it sorted on our end. We have plenty in stock, so should be good to go for the rest of the month!
