I'm building one now. One of the drilled holes wasn't punched out. It's also missing one of the rubbery strips to protect the top. I'll update if they respond to my email with some kind of compensation or repair.

I'm in this exact boat right now. The one I want with the features I want at the price I want has this recall and only like 15k miles. I don't know if I should buy or just let it go.
