    Agreed. I’m glad it came back to replace the complete soft top but, none available. Hopefully they approve the hard top option. It’s not what we ordered and wanted but, should solve the issue.

    Yes. 25 steps I believe and lots of cut, paste, glue and pray. The last tech that looked at it with me thought it was stupid and typical.

    They agreed to replace the whole soft top in my case. The TSB is for a retro fit kit. I don’t believe it needs to be in warranty to qualify. I would go make the complaint at a ford dealer and see where it goes.

    Normally I would agree but, They also agreed to replace the complete soft top and bypass the TSB. I asked the warranty administrator that I requested the hard top because the soft tops are not available. I should here back from them next week with the outcome. If a soft top becomes available...

    I am only going by what the dealer showed me. It said to replace the top. When I went out to the Bronco with the tech he verified the issues and was concerned about the steps involved in completing the TSB. That said, it did say "Replace the top"
