The whole drawer comes right out. It’s not on rails but easily slides out the front as if it were. Didn’t want to put it on rails bc it’s weight bearing.

That’s a great option! Can you still get to the in floor compartment and jack decently easy with it? That was my only concern with a drawer install like this.

A little late to the game, but I had issues with mine. Turns out the fuse for the rear window fluid was blown (slot 16 in the fuse box) which wouldn’t allow my front or rear to dispense. Swapped the fuse and good as new!
