  1. Issues with manual transmission after warranty replacement

It's honestly the most frustrated I've been about a vehicle. It's been in the shop for a month, they were originally going to rebuild it. Then they had issues with ordering parts, then after opening the transmission they realized it's best to replace, and now this 🙄
  2. Issues with manual transmission after warranty replacement

They mentioned the shifter could have been bent because the old transmission was bad, im not sure that makes a ton of sense but I feel like a physical issue like that would cause the issue all the time rather than intermittently losing reverse.
  3. Issues with manual transmission after warranty replacement

I have a 2022 Bronco 2-door with the 2.3L and 7-speed manual. The transmission was just replaced under warranty because of the rotational scraping noise covered by the TSB. Before the replacement, the transmission shifted normally—the only issue was the scraping noise. After getting the Bronco...
  4. Fuel sensor junction by fuel tank, can't find part number?

We took a wrong turn and ended in a clear cut feel of loose logs and sticks, it even dented my floor pan
  5. Fuel sensor junction by fuel tank, can't find part number?

I've looked all over diagrams for this part. I see the part in one of the diagrams, however its not highlighted. The part is itself is in front of the gas tank and has a sensor connected to the top of it, and then two fuel lines that come out of it. I punctured it on the trail with a log.. Any...
  6. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

I had written ford customer care a email, they said that paint peeling from environmental issues will not be covered under warranty. I am out of warranty anyway, but either way I feel like Ford should be covering a body shop to repaint my floor pans before they really start rusting. There's...
  7. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

I got some better photos today, to say i want to throw up is a understatement. I also think that the peice that the flor mats clip onto are the cause for me, they're loose on the floor liner and will allow water to seep from the mats.
  8. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

I bet using fabric floor mats would reduce the snow melt issue, the rubber mats just let the water sit there and collect.
  9. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

Such a shame to be painting the floor board on my 4 year old truck
  10. Water pooling under washout floors and peeling paint

I have a 2022 Bronco Black diamond 2 door with the washout floors. I recently saw that water was getting under my floor liner while removing my dashcam wiring. After removing part of the carpet without removing the seat I realized that the way the liner is designed, makes any water pooled on...
  11. 2nd axle seal leak on m190

For the 2nd time my driver side axle seal is leaking, this is the seal going into the differential not the cv boot. Could a defective FDU cause this? I have a 2" lift using Billstein 5100s and 35" Cooper stt pros. I know the m190 is rated for 33" max, but I don't think i see this issue often...
  12. Big mistake doing rear brakes, how screwed am I?

Well caliper is all good it turns out.. they completed the brake job without a hitch!
  13. Big mistake doing rear brakes, how screwed am I?

Ive saved tons of money on repairs doing them myself, I guess at some point i was going to screw up lol
  14. Big mistake doing rear brakes, how screwed am I?

That's pretty cool, long way from Texas!
  15. Big mistake doing rear brakes, how screwed am I?

So decided to do my rear brake pads myself to save a little money, however i think i just cost my self a lot more money. I was having trouble getting my Bronco into brake maintenance mode. Apparently its not un common to have that issue and I found a official Ford TSB showing how to manually...
  16. Part number for rear hard brake line?

Thank you! Looks its one peice from the middle of the axle to the caliper
  17. Part number for rear hard brake line?

Having trouble looking at part diagrams, what's the number for the rear brake line that runs along the axle? Damaged mine getting hung up on a rock and now it's bent and has a flat spot. I'd try bending it back in place but that flat spot makes me nervous.
