Took four weeks but I finally got it back. I was told it took so long because they needed to drop the transmission. Turns out they didn’t need to drop the transmission they just needed to remove some built up dirt and clay from off roading so see that the gear selective sensor was disengaged...

Thanks everyone. Just heard back from dealer. They think it is the gear shift sensor and that it might have caused problems with the 7 speed manual transmission. My dealer is sending to the local transmission shop they use. I’ll keep you posted.
