Wanted to provide an update: I went with the Cooper Rugged Trek and so far I am very happy with their performance…they look great, too!

Same issue for my 2024 but it’s only the passenger side. Taking it in next week for repair.

Didn’t think to take any photos. I placed them about 6 inches apart along the very top of the beam. The size of the Velcro is 1/2” square.

Fixed the problem! It was the panel over the rear seats making contact with the stabilizer bar/beam that runs in between the front and back row seats (I don’t think the regular Bronco has one) and the noise was occurring when the temps dropped and the panel and top of the beam weren’t making...

Thank you. We’ve located the source and it’s right along the back edge of the passenger side panel where it meets the large single panel over the back seats. It almost sounds like it’s coming from one of the L shaped mechanisms. It’s just odd that it only does it at low speeds.

Yeah, I put Syl Glide on them right after I got it in January this year. What’s odd is it sounds like plastic crackling when it does it.

Agree, trying to find the source was tough, but we were able to locate that it is coming from the passenger side panel rear, where it meets the solid panel above the back seats.

Did any of your noises sound like crackling? Mine have started to do that now that the temperatures are lower but it only does it at low speed…30MPH or less. I had it in the dealer this summer for the passenger panel TSB related to the center seal and I’ve never heard any kind of noise from it...

So I purchased the one from Amazon (in my original post) and installed it today. I’m really happy with it considering there was no drilling required. It’s very well made, fits solidly and is going to be so awesome to use.
