I just called IAG to get an update on when they are going to release the alternator relocator kit... and they said they stopped the project because there was a patent pending. I asked if Ford was the one who applied for the patent and she didn't know. 😢

oof. TIL. Starting to think it might not be the dream car I thought it would be for the muddy roads of Nosara.

It's pretty clear water actually most of the time. Not so worried about mud from the river crossing... but during the wet season, the roads themselves are basically only mud.

It's easily 2' most of the time. After a rain it might be 3'
